Designed for candidates who have demonstrated successful teaching and are ready to pursue leadership through instructional coaching at the school and/or district level.

Candidates in their second year of LETRS training will focus on instruction in the classroom, as well as, attention on data analysis, teacher growth and diverse populations.

Candidates in their first year of LETRS training that would like to secure the pilot program discount of $500, enroll now to reserve your spot for Fall 2025.
